Experience the World Through Our International Partners
As an MSIMM student, you will take online courses with BU's international partner universities in Europe, Latin America and Asia. You will access a "global classroom" via the Internet. Interact directly with other students and professionals from some of the world's top business schools and participate in management and marketing classes, discussion groups, and projects conducted by professors with our international partner universities. All classes are taught in English.
Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM)
Modeled after the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tec de Monterrey (ITESM) is one of Mexico's leading institutions for managerial training. The goals of the institution are to educate students who are committed to the social, economic and political improvement of their communities.
Accreditation
In 2008, EGADE, the graduate business school became one of the 34 business schools in the world to hold simultaneous accreditation of its programs by the AACSB of the United States, the Association of MBAs of the United Kingdom, and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS).
Rankings
In 2008, THE-QS World University Rankings ranked ITESM #328 worldwide, and in 2006, the Wall Street Journal ranked EGADE the 7th best business schools outside the United States. Beyond Grey Pinstripes, conducted by the Aspen Institute, ranks ITESM's graduate program #17 in the world.

University of Barcelona
Founded in 1450, the University of Barcelona is the oldest and largest university in the Catalonia region and boasts an annual student population of over 90,000. It is the principle academic institution promoting university research at a national level in Spain and has become one of the finest research institutions in Europe, in terms of both the number and quality of its research programs.

The University of Barcelona recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education as a degree-granting institution of higher learning.
Rankings
The University of Barcelona is the only Spanish institution that is ranked in the top 200 best universities in the World in the THES-QS World University Rankings published by The Times and Quacquarelli Symonds in 2008. In addition, the University of Barcelona has been ranked the 167th best university by the Academic Ranking of World Universities in 2008.
Notable Alumni
- Claudine Schneider - Former Republican U.S. Representative from Rhode Island, the first and to date only woman elected to Congress from Rhode Island, and Founder of the Rhode Island Committee on Energy in 1973.
- Valentin Fuster - Spanish cardiologist, the only cardiologist to receive major research awards from four of the top cardiovascular organizations, and named by New York Magazine as one of the year’s “11 medical marvels” in 2006.
- Eudald Carbonell i Roura - Spanish archaeologist, anthropologist and paleonthologist, Professor at the University of Rovira and Virgili in Tarragona. His findings include the discovery of Homo antecessor and the well-preserved remains of Homo heidelbergensis.
